I miss all the trees in Georgia, and the just the landscape in general! Don’t get me wrong, I think L.A. That’s a long list! I miss sweet tea, and the biscuits my boyfriend’s mom makes.
Georgia on her mindīeing from the Atlanta area myself, I wonder what do you miss most from the East Coast when you are on the West Coast (aside from friends and family)? We discuss the fun parts of the industry with each other on occasion. In an industry that’s so competitive I’m very, very thankful for that! We mainly talk “business” with our parents, as they have been the main reason for our success. Madison: My siblings and I are very supportive of each other. Sister Mackenzie played a starring role in Under the Dome and can currently be seen in the film Love, Simon.ĭo you and your siblings go to each other for acting advice or spend much time talking about your projects? Or do you leave that “at work”? The Walking Dead fans know brother Macsen as young Henry. Fans of The Alienist will recognize brother Matt as Stevie Taggert. Her mother and siblings are actively involved with different projects. Shaking things off has to be an actor’s middle name!

But, even with that being said, as an actor you have to take the precautions necessary to ensure that the heaviness and sadness do not stick with you! You have to have a thick skin in this business. It allows for more character development. Madison: I love working with heavier material, personally. Is it ever hard to shake that after work?

It’s probably safe to say that Maddie knows more about technology and social media than Harry. And so that’s another reason Maddie feels the need to make sure they’re getting things like sleep and dinner. Eleanor and Harry both are very dedicated to equally taxing jobs, and can definitely be more frazzled at times. Madison: I think Maddie is very mature for her age, and she definitely plays a part in keeping bother her parents grounded. Would you agree? If so, why do you think that is? It seems like sometimes Maddie is the one taking care of her parents instead of vice versa. She also really looks up to her father and wants to follow in his footsteps. Madison: She hadn’t really been a part of her dad’s life for a while, so it’s like they’re just starting to catch up. What do you think Maddie likes the most about living with her dad?

Madison gives us some great clues as we try to crack the case of what it is like to portray Harry Bosch’s daughter. Maddie gets insight from both of her parents’ backgrounds in law enforcement. While Maddie’s parents are divorced, the three of them are strongly bonded.
Of course, we cannot forget about Maddie’s relationship with her mother, Eleanor Wish. And in season three of Bosch, we see Maddie growing up, learning to drive and getting a closer look into her father’s profession, both the good and the bad. Maddie is just getting to know her day better in season one.
